1How do I rent a Car Or Traveller ?

You can rent a Car OR Traveller of your choice, by submitting your requirement in the ‘get a quote’ section or by calling us at 00000-00000. We’ll promptly get back to you with a quote. Once you’ve finalized on the bus of your choice, a 30% advance payment will be required to confirm your booking.

2 How many vehicles can I book at once?

You can book buses for requirements of any size. We’ve handled large requirements like corporate events, weddings & group outstation trips. You can choose to hire Tempo travellers, mini buses, coaches and cars. You can know more about the car & bus rental options by visiting the our vehicles page.

3What are SimplyTrip’s payment terms?

A 20-30% advance of the total fare to confirm your booking. The remaining 70-80% to be either paid 1 day in advance through online modes or can be paid in cash to the driver when all passengers have boarded the Car.

4 Can I reschedule my trip?

For Round trips, the customer has reserved the use of the vehicle for a particular duration. Small reschedules can be carried out at no extra charge if the trip duration does not preceed or exceed the booked timings. For one way trips, reschedules are acceptable within the range of 1-2 hours. Post which, A standard hourly fee will be applicable per hour of extension as mentioned in the booking document.

6 Can I hire luxury Traveller & cars?

Indore Traveller does offer luxury Traveller & cars on rent. We request you to make luxury rental bookings in advance during the wedding season to ensure availability.

7 How are the KM’s calculated?

Km’s are calculated basis the return trip distance between the boarding point and the destination. Additional distance covered within the City between the garage and the pickup point is also included, if applicable.
